Love,Money and Health

It’s early Sunday morning around 8am sitting on the couch with my coffee writing this blog.  I love Sunday mornings, it’s when I do my best thinking and get inspired.

The other day I was thinking about what are the top 3 things people seek and wish they had. I came up with love, money and health.

So sometimes when I get a moment of inspiration I like to share it to all my friends on facebook.

Are You Addicted To Sugar?

The correct answer to the following question will shock you.

The answer: You would survive longer on just water.   Sound impossible? Just ask the five sailors who were ship wrecked in 1793.

Optimal Nutrition When You’re In A Rush

In a perfect world, we would all carefully prepare each and every meal and snack that we’re going to consume on our weight loss diet plan.  We’d know exactly how many calories are in each meal and have the perfect breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates, and dietary fats.

When this is the case and you’re in a rush, the fast food restaurant may look all too appealing.

If you choose wisely, you definitely can get in some good nutrition with these tips, so let’s go over a few things to keep in mind so that you don’t throw your diet out the window.
