Throughout my life, my only form of exercise was walking. Last year, after having foot surgery I lost my will to even start walking again when I was fully recovered. At that time, I started training with Greg to jump start an exercise program. Greg’s training has completely, positively changed my overall health, appearance and mindset in just a few short months. Greg introduced me to strength training and conditioning. I am beyond pleased with the results to date. At age 42, after having two C sections, I have developed 6 pack abs, upper body and core strength and a toned body. Additionally my increased flexibility has been beneficial in minimizing recurring joint and muscle problems. When we started training, I had ZERO confidence that I could handle the exercises that Greg challenged me with. Greg has an amazing ability to motivate and help you change your narrative. He will NOT accept “Can’t do it” as a response. Greg is a skilled professional who truly cares about you and your progress. Dave Followed The 21 Days To Rapid Fat Loss!
On January 8th I entered into a 3 month body fat contest with fellow coworkers. I was doing okay, but I found that being almost 45, my body wasn’t quite responding to the diet and exercise regiment I was doing the way it did when I was younger. At around the same time I came to this realization, Greg had sent me a link to his book (21 Days to rapid fat lose), which I had done the photography for. While checking out how the pictures looked, I actually started reading through it. It really made sense to me, so I thought I’d give it a try. I thought to myself, hey, what do I have to lose… Well, I’m happy to say that I found out the answer to that question… I lost 27.4 lbs and I dropped from 21.3% down to 14.2% body fat.
