Throughout my life, my only form of exercise was walking. Last year, after having foot surgery I lost my will to even start walking again when I was fully recovered. At that time, I started training with Greg to jump start an exercise program. Greg’s training has completely, positively changed my overall health, appearance and mindset in just a few short months.
