The best way to get 1 MONTH OF FREE personal training with New Jersey’s top trainer is to find at least 2 other folks who are interested in a group program. Group programs are more affordable than one-on-one training and for many people it provides the support you want especially when first starting a fitness program.
Organize your group and find a time that works best for all parties and you will receive free personal training for the first month and half off for the rest of your training.*
Members of your group do not have to be at the same fitness level.
Group sessions will make your workouts fun, motivating and you’ll wonder where the time went when finished.
*In order to qualify for the ‘free’ and half off rates, there needs to be at least 3 people in your group including yourself.

We take the time to plan out your workout for the day in advance, keeping in mind your past performance and current goals. During your session, your activities are recorded and notes are made to adjust and improve your workout regimen for the future.
Not only your workout parameters, but your physical progress is tracked closely as well. We monitor your weight, body-fat, and measurements, all to make sure that we’re getting the results we want according to schedule.
